Surviving and Thriving in the "New Normal"

In the last few months, millions of people have woken up to the fact that America’s school professionals are extraordinary heroes, on the front lines, demonstrating courage, flexibility, and a desperately essential service!

As we move into the 20/21 school year, school district professionals are positioned like never before to play a powerful leadership role in their communities.  Teachers, child nutrition workers, custodians, bus drivers, librarians, administrators, maintenance workers - EVERYONE needs to rise to the challenge of executing with excellence, providing compassion, and working together as a team.  We are working in difficult times, but this is the time for you and your team to shine!

I may have more experience than anyone in America in helping school districts adapt to change, work together, and succeed in their crucial mission. I've worked with over 500 districts in 47 states, helping them adapt, improve, grow, execute, and win!

This seminar can be done live with a large group (spaced out in a high school auditorium), live in several smaller sessions, or live via the internet, where employees can watch from their homes or in small work groups. This session can be delivered to all the employees in your district, or targeted to specific departments or roles.  The workshop can be custom-designed to meet your needs and also qualify for required hours of Continuing Education for your employees.

Contact me today to discuss your plans for providing your team with the training they need to meet the challenges ahead. I'd love to help you equip your team to Survive and Thrive in the New Normal!
