Janice Watt, SNS, is a Gallup Certified Clifton Strengths Coach, Consultant & Trainer, specializing in coaching individuals, managers, teams, and non-profit organizations to live their best life at work & life.
In addition to her coaching, she is currently the School Nutrition Director for the Foxborough Public Schools. Janice is credentialed as a School Nutrition Specialist and has been a school nutrition director for 28 years. She is a featured coach on the FIG App, a professional development platform for school nutrition professionals.
Janice is a Past President and long-time volunteer for the School Nutrition Association of Massachusetts. Janice was also named the 2011 SNA of Massachusetts Director of the Year and the 2021 SNA Volunteer of the Year. She holds an associate’s degree in Culinary Arts and a bachelor’s degree in Food Service Management from Johnson and Wales University. She resides in Smithfield, RI.
