TEAM MEMBER

Danielle Johnson has been in the child nutrition field for over 18 years. Currently, she serves as Director of Nutrition Services in a California school district and has done so for over 8 years. Previous to that, she was a Program Specialist with a school district in Arizona. Her child nutrition love story began at the Arizona Department of Education in the USDA Foods Department. She attended Arizona State University, working towards her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition Management.

Danielle brings a wide range of experience to the table. She has provided workshops in the past for the Arizona School Nutrition Association, California Agriculture in the Classroom, Parent Institute for Qualified Education, Girl Scouts of Central California, EAH Housing, various sports clubs, and more. Topics have included: Leadership and mentoring, nutrition education, customer service, staff health and wellness, handling conflict, and more.

Danielle resides in Fresno, CA, with her husband and their two kids. When she is not doing what she loves in the child nutrition field, you can find her on the pickleball courts.
